Barrier Film

With Up to 30% Recycled Content or 100% Virgin Resin

INDEVCO Plastics produces 7-layers flexible barrier Films with up to 30% post-consumer recycled (PCR) or post-industrial recycled (PIR) resins or 100% virgin resins. Suited for vertical form fill seal and horizontal form fill seal applications . Solutions with low seal initiation temperature as low as 192F have been developed for recyclable barrier film applications; typically targeting laminates with oriented PE films.
Transmission rates as low as 0.06 cc/100in2/24h for oxygen and 0.03 gm/100in2/24h for water vapour have been achieved.
